Refunds policy

1. No refunds will be provided and Licensee must pay the full amount for the purchased Downloads and/or regardless of whether the Materials are downloaded/used or whether is used or not.

 2. If the ordered Materials are defective, Creativevaluation shall at its sole discretion, and as Licensee’s sole remedy, either provide Licensee with a replacement of the Materials in question, or refund Licensee the amount paid for the defective Materials. Licensee may not assert any other rights or make any other claims because of Materials being defective.
